Start ShoppingWe want you to be completely satisfied with your Niyara Jewels purchase. However, due to the nature of our luxury products, we have a strict return policy.
Refunds and returns are only available within 24 hours of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Returns can only be initiated if the product is genuinely damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at enterpriseniyara@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
